“MARATHON CIMA COPPI” (solo, relays) is 230Km long with an elevation of +3400Mt.

Start In Milano Piazza del Duomo, Finish at the Passo dello Stelvio – Cima Coppi.

From Milano to Lecco slightly hilly route

From Lecco to Colico along the Como lake almost flat

From Delebio to Bormio 100km on the famous bike path “Sentiero Valtellina”

From Bormio to the Stelvio Pass (21,5Km 1533 Mt. +Elevation) Finish line

“MARATHON” (only solo) is 208Km long with an elevation of +1850Mt.

Start in Milano Piazza del Duomo, Finish in Bormio.

TIME LIMIT

Time limit for the MARATHON CIMA COPPI route in order to be nominated in the golden “Solo” AWARD REGISTER Sovrano dello Stelvio and the “Relay registers” (SPIRITO DI SQUADRA DELLO STELVIO – “E-BIKE SPIRITO DI SQUADRA DELLO STELVIO”) and to receive the FINISHER medal: 20.00 (08.00 PM). For logistic and organization reasons, therefor, the time-limit to pass in Bormio and to start the climb to the Passo dello Stelvio is fixed at 16.59.59.

The time-limit to finish the MARATHON route (finish in BORMIO) in order to receive the FINISHER medal and to be nominated in the golden “IMPERIALE” AWARD REGISTER is fixed at 18.00 (06.00 PM).

REFRESHMENTS

  • First: after around 100 km (from 08.30 AM to 11.30 AM) in MANTELLO (SO) at the very beginning of the cycle path SENTIERO VALTELLINA
  • Second: after around 170 km (from 10.30 AM to 15.30 PM) in LOVERO (SO) 
  • Third: in BORMIO (from 11.30 AM to 18.30 PM)
  • Fourth and last: at the PASSO DELLO STELVIO (from 14.00 PM to 20.15 PM)
